KBRA Financial Intelligence (KFI) is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated Excel add-in (version 1.7.6.4848) update. This latest version includes several significant enhancements to improve the user experience.

Improved Data Item Search Experience

The data search infrastructure of the Data Wizard is substantially improved, allowing users to search by data point name, data point ID, or well-known industry acronyms. The result is a more intuitive way to find needed data and a quicker way to build customized templates.

Enhanced Metadata for Company Search

The company search component on the screener tab of the Data Wizard now displays important contextual information about each financial institution. Save valuable time by narrowing down your search results to quickly identify correct entities by company type, operating status and asset size.

General Operational Enhancements

In addition to data point and company search enhancements, several under-the-hood improvements greatly enhance the user experience by pulling data more instantaneously. You can expect timed requests and data downloads to function even quicker – allowing you to work seamlessly without interruption.

To ensure that you are running the latest version of the add-in, navigate to the KFI ribbon in Excel and select the About button. The latest version is 1.7.6.4848.
